8.8 second POV run at LVMS

Husic went out to test his new setup at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and ran in the 11s!

I went out to test my new setup. DA was roughly about 5000 feet and it was hot. Over 100 degrees at the track. Its gona be my last day race for awhile. It was just miserable being in the helmet and sitting in staging lanes but well worth the pay off.

My car is a 2004 Mustang GT Coupe with following done to it. Everything was built by Frank Yee at Voodoo Racing Innovations. The pass was made at Las Vegas Motor Speedway Dragstrip. It was a first round of Eliminations. Second run I forgot to turn on the bottle(FAIL) and the car stalled out. The mods are in the sig and power numbers as well.

Description: Traditional open test ‘n’ tune event nights with Trophy class eliminations, High School point series, Bracket Gambler and license runs. Track will be prepped full ¼ mile. Elimination classes will be contested on 1/8 mile.

Competing Classes (All Friday Night Classes are 1/8 mile): High School Trophy Series, Pony Car Trophy, Pick-Up Trophy, Street Car Trophy, Street Motorcycle Trophy, Bracket Gambler ($20 cash entry in staging lanes – must buy test ‘n’ tune to participate), Heads-Up Sport Compact
